She is looking different in her new biker chick avatar in Blue. Though Katrina Kaif’s presence in the film is only for a few minutes, the lady has gone for a complete makeover for the role of ‘Nikki’, an enigmatic girl with ulterior motives.

Katz will be seen with studs and tattoos. She is wearing a stud on her pierced lower-lip, big tattoos on her arms and chest, rings on her fingers, and a very sanyasi kinda matted hair. According to a source, the actress is excited about the way she looks in the movie.

But the dread-locks hairdo gave Katz the nightmares because it caused a lot of damage to her naturally smooth, straight hair.

“She’d immediately go for a hair wash once the shoot would be over,” a source is quoted as saying.

Gotta take care of those tresses!

Has your blog been DELETED?

If your Google/Blogger account has been mysteriously deleted, I know of 3 options to get it reactivated:

1. Log into your account. If you get a message asking for your telephone number so Google/Blogger can send you a reactivation code number, fill in your phone number and hit enter. You will get a new page for the number and your phone will ring. Enter the number given to you by Google/Blogger and your account will be immediately reactivated.
2. Go to Blogger Help Forums, "Something is Broken" category, "Post a Question" section. Start your own thread providing the necessary information. This option works, but takes longer since you need to wait until a Blogger employee takes your question and re-opens your account.
3. Finally, you can wait a few days and do nothing. Some accounts have been re-opened as mysteriously as they were deleted. There is no guarantee that your account will be re-opened by following this passive approach.

Google/Blogger deletes blogs

Google/Blogger appears to have a new algorithm which is deleting blogs and g-mail accounts.

If you have been following this blog, you are well aware of Blogger's previous algorithm which was LOCKING blogs under the guise of possible violation of TOS (Terms Of Service). Once LOCKED no one could view the blog except the owner. The owner had to go through a three step process in order to get his blog restored. The complete process could take 1-2 months to get your blog reviewed and reinstated, and that is only if you knew the 3rd step which Blogger never told you about.

Around January 2010 the number of LOCKED blogs started to decrease.

Toward the end of February 2010, a surprising number of Blogger blogs started to be DELETED. Then I started to hear from blog owners that they didn't delete their blogs. It became another Blogger mystery. Some blogs reappeared within a day or so without the owner doing anything. Other blog owners with deleted accounts were instructed to provide their cell phone number for a Blogger activation number which, when entered, did re-open the blog. Still other owners started a new thread in the Blogger Help Forums, under the "Help! Something Is Broken" section, and their blogs were re-opened. Sadly some owners still have the blogs DELETED.

I am willing to bet that Google/Blogger is using a new algorithm which now DELETES blogs instead of LOCKING them.

The good news is that you can get your blog restored easier and faster. I will explain tomorrow.
