• Go to The Blogger Help Forums:  http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/blogger?hl=en
• Go to Something Is Broken, under discussion categories;
• Go to Post A Question (on the left side of page);
• Complete the summary.  For "Brief Summary" use MY BLOG HAS BEEN DELETED;
• Complete the form giving all information.  Do not hesitate about posting the name of your blog;
• Make sure you click the box for following responses at the bottom of your completed form.
